The University of Manitoba offers graduate scholarships for citizens of any country in the world. The awards are based on merit and are granted for full time Masters or PhD programs at the University of Manitoba.
The grants provide $18,000 (annually) for PhD program students and $14,000 (annually) for Master’s degree students. However, funding is open for all courses at the university except MBA and Medicine.

2. York University Scholarships
Global Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarships at York University is awarded to international students to study a bachelor’s degree at University of York.
The scholarship offers bachelors degree awards in many subjects at the University. Fields of studies include; Performance and Design courses, Media, Arts, Environmental Studies, Education, Health, Engineering and Science.
Scholarships at the York University are worth approximately $60,000 – $100,000 for 4 years of studies.

3. Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation Doctoral Scholarships
Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation awards 15 PhD scholarships to Canadian and international PhD candidates in Canada.
Eligible research areas include;
- Human Rights & Dignity
- Responsible Citizenship
- Canada in the World
- People & Natural Environment
Awards are worth $40,000 per year for 3 years plus approximately $20,000 every year for for research and travel allowance.
Moreover, scholars will enjoy membership in the scholar’s community, mentorship and leadership training.

4. Humber College Bachelors Degree Scholarships
Humber College offers partial Bachelors degree tuition fees scholarships for international students in Canada. Moreover, there are also other scholarship awards available from Government, private/corporate originations and community organisations.

5. University of Calgary scholarships
University of Calgary Graduate Scholarship Office offers both fully funded and partially funded scholarships for international students in Canada. Moreover, international students can also apply for other scholarships provided by government, third party organisations and other scholarships quotas.

6. Winnipeg President’s Scholarships for World Leaders in Canada
The University of Winnipeg has a population over 5% from 68 different countries of the international students. The scholarship for World Leaders offers about $3,500 to $5,000.

7. Donald A. Wehrung International Student Award at the University of British Columbia, Canada
The Donald A. Wehrung awards bachelor’s degree scholarships to academically outstanding international students from impoverished/war-torn areas.
The scholarship is provided based on financial need and it will help cover cover living expenses and tuition costs for your degree program at the University of British Columbia.
